'Crust & Charms Pizzeria started with a humble vision: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to Roma. The Rossi family established our pizzeria in 1985 as a quaint, family-owned shop leaning on recipes passed on for generations.
Marco Rossi, our pioneering founder, honed the craft of pizza creation on her travels across Italy, learning from Neapolitan pizza masters. When she came back to the UK, her goal was to replicate the essence of Italian pizza with traditional techniques and top-notch produce.
From an initial 12-seat pizza shop, we have evolved into a cherished local eatery. Albeit our growth, our dedication to the prime quality and genuine nature of our pizzas still stands firm. We continue practicing the art of wood-fired ovens, preparing our dough anew each day, and selecting only premium ingredients.
To this day, 'Crust & Charms Pizzeria' is a family-led business, with the Rossi legacy living on through the second generation steering our enthusiastic team. Though we have accepted certain innovations, the essence of our establishment: to serve delectable, real pizza that unites diners, remains untouched.
